273. Walking Dead eps 4-6 (right click OR click)
Ian, Joshua, and Matt finally finish up the first season of the AMC show.
261. Tank Girl (right click OR click)
Matt doesn’t like it but Claire sure as hell defends it with passion and a little reason.

258. The American (right click OR click)
I greatly enjoy so many of the components of this movie but find it lacking. Long story short it would have been better as a short.

256. The Mechanic (right click or click)
Zack, Seth, and Ian talk about this remake with Statham. It’s not too bad, not great I saw the original with C. Brons when I was a kid … that’s probably better.

245. Tron (right click OR click)
We’ve got the Dude and the Scarecrow bustin’ heads and lettin’ the chin music ring out inside the metal box of a computer.
They fight Moses from Southpark for control over all the world’s knowlege way before Sky Net.
They have mouths and occasionally they scream.
We’ll see how the repercussions of this film will be resolved in the upcoming sequel Tron Legacy.
Also, Mark makes his dramatic return to network television on this one.

In keeping with the Futile Podcast mandate to expand out we demonstrate the turgid tendril of sports as Seth and Zack talk about the B Ball.

239. Social Network (right click OR click)
Zack and Ian are back in futile form for this one. Is it the new Citzen Kane? Or is it just what you get when you have a talented group of people make a movie about shallowness and the computers that they use for love ?

music: nine inch nails – Something I Can Never Have
229. The Book of Eli (right click OR click)
Mark and Ian talk about this serviceable Post-Ap. Denzel is kind of wasted and Oldman has a little fun but isn’t what I’d like him to be. Really this just makes me want to watch Beyond Thunderdome again.
